Providing the best customer experience is their business vision and this is continually reflected in their products, and one of them is THE CENTURION LOUNGE®.
THE CENTURION LOUNGE®
This VIP Lounge by AMEX brand has a network of more than 1,200 lounges around the world available to American Express Platinum Card® cardholders. The network includes Delta Sky Club and Priority Pass Select lounges, but the Centurion Lounges would be the Premium range. They include custom drinks created by a nationally renowned mixologist, a member services desk that can help you with your travel plans, semi-private work areas, and in some locations, showers, a spa, and even a wine-tasting area.
The project
The interior design project consisted of creating a model adapted for the salons of Europe. For this, we took as a basis the current corporate image of the company's VIP Lounges, with all the key features that characterize them, however, we proposed an updated model with some contributions that improved the product without losing experience, elegance, and comfort. that characterize THE CENTURION LOUNGE®.
In the interior design project, we proposed open-plan spaces and environments with partition elements such as glass or wood panels to obtain more reserved spaces. This created a natural flow throughout the room, organized in different areas, while achieving a light, clear and decorative element of division that gave depth or brightness to some of the vertical surfaces.
For the VIP Lounges in Europe, noble materials such as wood and marble were used, as well as the furniture and lighting selected for the interior design project, which presented a combination of pieces from the main brands with contemporary and timeless designs.
