Project for the Bristol-Myers Squibb Conferences
Within the services of Indy Blue Studio, there is the global concept design, where graphic design and set design come together to create a brand identity that is seen, lived and felt at events and conferences. We have extensive experience in this type of project, giving support to event companies.
Under the commission of American Express Global Business Travel, one of the most important companies in the organization of events, we designed the brand identity for the Bristol-Myers Squibb conferences.
For this, and always based on your corporate manual, we carry out the graphic design of the applications required by the client, as well as the scenery of the event. The claim was made, which in marketing is the headline, motto, slogan or memorable phrase of a brand or product; All the elements of brand presence were also studied and prepared at the arrival of guests and during the event, such as: signage, roll-ups or totems, minutes, general stationery, accreditations + lanyard, lay-out, ppt template, audiovisual animation in the form of storyboard, photocall and hospitality desk.
At the scenography level, the staging was thought out and designed to transmit the client’s briefing, as well as the graphic design made for the occasion. For this type of project, certain elements are designed that are present in different supports of the event. In this case, the molecular connections represented by hexagonal polygons created the symbolic element present both in the scenery and in the graphic design. The corporate colors are also applied in a clear way and are present throughout the event. This, added to the rest of the designs, makes the global concept design make sense and the brand and the event are identified at all times.
