The concept that encompasses ORIGINS was born from the ORIGIN of acorn-fed ham: oak. This is the reason why the local emblem is a golden tree, whose crown creates a sculptural roof that protects the place and its visitors. It is made of molded brass plates with different curvatures to provide a dynamic sensation and a set of reflections and lights that works as an identifying claim of the brand.
The main objective of the client was to show their products directly and that they were easily visible by users. So, we designed the space so that the visitor’s gaze is directed towards the center, so that they can see what is happening inside the bar.
Visual and spatial order prevails in the distribution of the bars, as well as an optimization of the workspace with the mission that everything that happens inside becomes almost a choreography.
On a practical level, we always find a bar dedicated exclusively to the art of cutting ham with a knife, another perimeter bar to eat in the same corner and a space for the sale of products to take away.

It already has establishments in T1 of El Prat Airport, in Barcelona; at T4 and T4S of Adolfo Suarez Airport in Madrid, at Alicante Airport and at Luton Airport, in London.
Enrique Tomás Experience is an ode to Iberian ham that, since 2016, can be tasted at some of the most important international airports.
